We're looking to sell our property, but given the current state of the market, have also looked at swapping. I came across these companies today, and wondered if anyone has heard anything about them?
Dr. Crespo & Partners - based in Teulada-Moraira (Alicante) website http://www.drcrespo.com/
Spanish Property Exchange - also based near Alicante website http://www.spanishpropertyexchange.com
they look 'bone fide', but then that's the beauty of the internet!

Alternatively, if you know of anyone who wants to buy a bed and breakfast property and business, please let us know!
