This year the Corpus Christi falls on the 25th of May, which means the night before the streets of Ponteareas will be full of people laying down hundreds of flowers and petals to compose the magnificent flower and petal arrangements in "alfombras" (rugs or carpets, if you like
) that will later be treaded on during the morning procession. Worth seeing if you are in Ponteareas or environs.

But basically, if you would like to see them all you have to do is go there during the night if you would like to see them compose the arrangements or before the procession if you would like to see the completed job.
